Payment

We accept payment through Paypal.

If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still pay at the PayPal site with your credit or debit card. For this, click on “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” below the Payal login button. If you have questions about how this works, please drop us a note here.

Cash on Delivery is also available for orders within India.

Our general processing and shipping times are given below. If it’s a last-minute gift, please let us know at checkout. Or feel free to contact us, we’ll do our best to make sure you have the gift in time.

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving your order.

The delivery time of your order will depend on the shipping mode you choose at checkout from the below given options:

a) STANDARD SHIPPING : Delivers in 7 – 20 business days (FREE!)

b) SPEED POST : Delivers in 5 – 10 business days

c) UPS : Delivers in 2 – 3 business days (Relax, Last minute shopper)

Online tracking is available for Speed Post and UPS, but not for Standard Shipping.

The shipping times are estimates based on our experience, but rare custom delays could take longer.

Standard Shipping is FREE, anywhere in the world.

The shipping cost for Speed post and UPS will depend on your location, and the shipping mode of your choice. The best way to find out the exact cost is by adding the items to basket. The different shipping modes and shipping charges will automatically display at checkout.

The shipping rates are FLAT RATES, every additional item ships for free.

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees.

Your order will arrive in a beautiful handcrafted gift box with a unique fabric bow, ready for gift giving. We’ll also hand write your gift message, if you provide one at check out.

Returns & Exchanges

You can cancel an order, that has not yet been shipped. Please send a request to devi@papermelon.com. After an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the return policy mentioned below is applicable.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 15 days of delivery. The returned product should be in its original packaging and in the same unused condition as received.

You can return all items except personalized or custom orders. Returns for these will be accepted only for damaged products. 

Replacement will be shipped as soon as the original item has been received at our address.
