- International Orders: Delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout:
a) Free Shipping: Delivery within 10-14 days
b) UPS Expedited: Delivery within 5-8 days
While these are estimations based on our vast shipping experience, occasional customs delays may extend the journey.

- International Orders: Shipping costs depend on the mode you select at checkout:
a) Standard Shipping (10-14 days): FREE for all orders.
b) UPS Expedited (5-7 days): FREE for orders over $300.

Returns & Exchanges
If you change your mind after placing an order, you may request a cancellation within 12 hours of order placement.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges because we want you to have a piece that resonates with your soul.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.
Refunds will be issued for returned items once they are received and inspected. Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error in your order.
